Delivery & returns

We deliver in the United Kingdom. Delivery is included in the price on every piece we list.

We have not yet completed a real fulfilment run to the door. Until we have, treat the 3–7 working days on each product page as an estimate, counted from the day we place the supplier order, not from the minute you pay. Do not order if you need a guaranteed date.

If you buy at a distance, UK law gives you 14 days to change your mind after the goods arrive. Return postage is not included yet; we will say who pays it before the first live customer order. Send the piece back unused and in its packing if you can.
